Visually driven 3 in 1 service bundle is always tailored for your brand guidelines and specific photography needs. The number of final photos depend on the project. Generally projects vary between 10 to 100 images. In terms of the process, all you need to know is the following three stages:

Depending on the project, remote service is also available. This means you can post your products or agree on a pickup point within Helsinki capital region.

The minimum fee for a 3 in 1 product or lifestyle photography project is 1890€ + VAT. TERMS OF SERVICE
Copyright
All photographic materials, such as original RAW-files, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self-promotion. Usage outside the bounds of this agreement will require the Client’s consent.
Client’s Usage
The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only. The client shall not sell or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer.
Commercial Usage
The following terms are used when describing the reproduction rights granted by Jenni Joanna Visuals Oy and the Photographer to the Client:
(a) Internal Use only: The right to use the pictures only within a company for non-commercial purposes; publication in a free in-house magazine not normally available to the public; exhibition within the Client’s premises; editorial use in the Client’s intranet site;
(b) PR and Press distribution: The right to use the pictures as described in (a); plus a licence for third parties to reproduce such pictures in print or electronic media in an editorial context where no fee has been paid to guarantee publication;
(c) Specified Use Only: The right to use the pictures once only for the purpose as described on the invoice;
(d) Editorial: One reproduction only of pictures supplied within one print edition of the specified title in an editorial context only.
Image Quality
Images deliverable in High-Resolution (or known as High-Res) are 300DPI with the minimum of 3000 pixels in the longest edge. The file size, orientation and picture ratio may vary depending on the project.
Backup
Jenni Joanna Visuals Oy keeps client files for up to 6 months after the photography session, and is not liable for any claims after this period.
Liability
Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests, the moodboard or specific shotlist is recommended. All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing (including: light skin retouch, light and colour adjustments). Any extra edits requested by the client will be billed separately if accepted by the Photographer. Extra image adjustments include (such as extra skin retouch, replacement or changing background or other elements). It is also understood that unless hair and makeup is included in the contract, Photographer is not responsible to fix hair or skin, or makeup problems.
Cooperation
All the communications with the Photographer shall be made in English or Finnish and in Writing (Email/Phone).
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be subject to and constructed according to Finnish Law.
